PAPER SUBMISSION

The Program Committee request original papers on the IWINAC2022 topics. The manuscripts will undergo a blind review process by at least 3 members of the Program/Scientific Committee. Authors (we recommend no more than five for each paper) must submit the camera-ready final version of papers written in English (official language of the conference), of up to 10 pages (including figures, tables and references) in electronic format (see requisites below) through either of the following two channels:
  • Through a pre-organized session (refereed by session organizer plus at least 2 Program/Scientific Committee referees): Please, first send a copy to the session organizer (some time before submission deadline) and then, after session organizer agrees, register the paper in the submission web form (see below).
  • Or directly to the general program (at least 3 Program/Scientific Committee referees) for oral or poster presentation: Please, register the paper directly in the submission web form (see below).

The contributions must use only the LATEX2ε style file (llncs.cls) available in the web page: Information for Authors of Springer Computer Science Proceedings (follow the first link to "LaTeX2e Proceedings Templates (zip)" there to download llncs2e.zip). LNCS Templates are available also in the online collaborative LaTeX editor Overleaf. Other formats or draft versions cannot be accepted at all (see hints for LATEX on MS-Windows in our web pages). Please, use clearly distinguishable colours when printed in black & white, for all figures.

Authors must send their papers only in electronic format with all the following mandatory conditions:

  • One compressed archive (".zip" format) containing all the LATEX2ε sources (including images) files.
  • Another file with a camera ready printable PDF file (uncompressed).
  • The filled-in and signed consent to publish form (see details below).
  • Before January 31 March 7, 2022 (23:59h. UTC).
  • All files must be submitted through the ConfMaster application form (even the pre-organized sessions participants).

Please, do not send printed copies of papers nor in email attachments (except when required by the organization staff). Authors must fill in all the required data trought the Confmaster application form. We encourage authors to include their ORCIDs in the paper. All authors must adhere to the Springer Nature Code of Conduct for Book Authors.

The corresponding author for each paper, must fill-in and sign the IWINAC2022 consent to publish form required by LNCS Springer. The original form can be found as a link to download from the Springer Information for LNCS Authors web page (please, remember that the field "Title of Book/Conference Name" should be "IWINAC 2022 Proceedings" and the field "Volume Editor(s):" sould be "J.M. Ferrandez, J.R. Álvarez-Sánchez, F. de la Paz, H. Adeli"). The scanned signed consent to publish form (pdf) must be uploaded to Confmaster application at paper registration.

All papers received will be refereed by the Program Committee. Accepted papers must be presented either orally (overhead, slide, data projectors and a PC with standard presentation software will be available at the venue) or as poster (max size ISO/DIN-A0, or 841 mm width x 1189 mm height), however all accepted contributions will be published at full length using directly the camera ready electronic file sent by the authors. In IWINAC conferences there is no distinction about papers quality in regard to presentation type. At least one author registration is required for each accepted paper before the end of early reduction fee period (April 30, 2022).

All the accepted papers (oral or poster) will be included in the proceedings that will be published in the "Lecture Notes in Computer Science" series by Springer-Verlag.
